PNP Petroleum, of San Antonio, Tx. (“PNP”) was formed in 1989 by management with substantial petroleum industry experience. PNP Petroleum has been involved in projects that fall into the following categories: Producing oil & gas properties, drilling, land leasing, EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery), NEOR (Nitrogen EOR), natural gas storage, retail gas stations and wholesale fuel markets. PNP Petroleum and its operating company and affiliates have operated fields that have produced over 14 million bbls of BOE. These fields range in age from the 1920's to 2000. PNP has directly produced over 2 million bbls of BOE from wells and fields they have operated.
