PNP Petroleum will continue to look to expanding its reserve base and increase production and cash flow through acquiring producing oil and gas properties as well as implementing EOR and NEOR operations. The Company also has a history of generating its own acquistion candidates. The Company has engineered a number of such potential projects. These acquisitions depend on an analysis of the properties' potential, current cash flow and ability of the Company to generate more profits through increased recoveries and reduced operating costs.
The Company will continue to focus on EOR, NEOR and Gas Storage opportunites. The Company will also seek to acquire interests in all areas for oil and gas exploration through its contacts with the oil and gas industry.
The Company recognizes that the ability to implement its business strategy depends on its ability to raise additional debt or equity capital to fund future acquisition, exploration, drilling and development activities.
